Clear Dialogue
Every business today depends on technology. But though technology may serve your business - it may not be your business. The quagmire of techno-terms can make it very difficult to understand what choices you have, and what factors affect those choices.

Every technology can be explained in ways that can be understood. I will never cut short the process of developing a common understanding of technology choices.

The Right Technology Choices
I am not a technology reseller. I am able to look at available technologies without bias. I have broad experience with numerous technologies. To choose a solution that fits, I consider the business problem, the organization, and the budget.

For the Right Reason
Many times organizations implement a new system or technology when they haven't carefully looked at what the real problem is. I have seen situations where companies want to implement a new system because they don't think that their current system meets their requirements. When in fact they need to change processes or make some minor changes to their current system. Often times the reason for this happening is a lack of communication. The business people and the IT people aren't talking.

The Right Implementation
Make a plan. Work a plan. Even the very best of technologies can fail during implementation. Success requires a plan. A plan that addresses:

  • The physical infrastructure (computers, networking, and whatever changes are required of the physical environment)
  • Software Implementation
  • Business Process Changes
  • Training and Rollout

Helping your business to embrace the best of technology.
If I help you make the right choices and if the technology solves your business problems - we will both succeed.
